Returns Made Simple

If something isn’t the right fit, returning your gear is easy. We’re here to help make it right.

Step 1: Start Your Return

Find your order number in your confirmation email and use the email address associated with your purchase.

Step 2: Pack It Up

Place the item(s) and any included packing slip in a secure box — preferably the original packaging.

Be sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels or barcodes and seal the package securely.

Step 3: Send It Back

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can confirm your package arrives safely.

If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the original shipping fee will be waived.

Return Eligibility

New, unused items may be returned within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase for a refund to the original payment method.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them, including original packaging and tags when applicable.

If the original method of payment is unavailable, refunds will be issued as store credit.
